I asked Rilla to put some pasta away in the pantry.
Hours later, I discovered this:
Maybe she thought I said "plant-tree"?

Adorable, cutie pie!
Wow, if so, she is a GREAT listener! Otherwise, she’s quite creative in her domestic duties… Either, way — cute!
LOL – how sweet.
No, no, you said put it in the pan (of the) tree. Makes perfect sense to me 😉
Really, motherhood is endless delight, don’t you think? I even found it hard keeping a straight face during the tantrums!
That’s too cute!
And how was she supposed to know an oak from a pan? When you’re that short, all trees pretty much look alike.
Way too cute! 🙂
So cute!
So sweet – don’t you just treasure these innocent moments?
LOL!!! So funny and cute!
Aaawww. The sweet, obedient child was thinking, why does Mommy want the pasta in the tree?? A surprise for Daddy maybe? It’s supposed to go in that special cupboard, but I’ll obey!
aw! happy memories of son number one putting the potato masher in the shoe rack – that would always be the first place I’d look for it!
(son number two was near obsessive about things going back in the correct places, and now these older two are very helpful and help clear up after the younger three, so not many more of these moments… yet…)
